  • Can I print from my phone, email, or flash drive?

    Yes. Online printing supports printing from phones, email, or flash drives.

  • How long does online printing take?

    Most orders are processed quickly; in-store orders are typically printed within one hour. Online order status updates are sent by email.

  • How do I confirm that my order was received?

    After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation number and an automatic email confirming receipt. This email confirms receipt, not completion.

  • What other in-store services are available?

    • Instant passport photos
    • Photo restorations and enhancements
    • In-store walk-in studio sessions (graduation, profile shots, casual photos)
    • Personalized Photo Coffee Mugs (with a picture, text or Name.)
    • Personalized Wooden Photo Blocks. (available in 2 sizes of 5x7 and 8x10)
    • Photo Collage - Collages can be done from print sizes  4x6, 5x7, 6x8, 8x10, 8x12, 10x12, 11x14, 12x18. The amount of photos may depend on the size of the print.
    • Scanning and saving to flash drive
    • And a variety of frames and albums.

  • Do we take passport photos?

    Yes. We offer instant passport photos in-store with quick turnaround. No appointment needed for standard passport photos.

  • Do we do Restoration of photos?

    Yes. Photoworld offers photo restoration and enhancement services.

  • Do we frame photos?

    We do not do custom framing, but we sell a variety of frames in sizes and styles from 4x6 to 16x20
